Mystery Bounty
Mystery Bounty is a type of poker tournament where players win a bounty when eliminating other players during the Bounty Phase. This differs slightly from regular bounty tournaments, as the amount players can win is a Mystery.
Whenever a player is eliminated, the player who wins the hand receives a Mystery Chest. Players can win multiple chests in the same hand, and chests can also be “split” if a player is knocked out in a split pot.
Mystery Bounty tournaments are generally divided into a Beginning Phase and a Bounty Phase:
- Beginning Phase – players cannot win Mystery Bounties during this stage.
- Bounty Phase – players will win a Mystery Bounty for every player they knock out during this stage, which usually starts when the money bubble bursts.
Details about when the Bounty Stage starts can be found in the Mystery Bounty pop-out, in the top right corner of the table. The Mystery Bounty pop-out also allows players to track which bounties have been won, and which bounties are still available to be won.
