‘WPT® Global Passport Dollars’ can be won and spent by new and existing customers.

Eligibility:

• Participants must be 18 years or older.
• Not available if you are accessing WPT® Global from a restricted country.
• Limited to one person per household or device.
• Provide accurate personal details during registration.
• This promotion is available in all countries in which WPT Global operates.

Account Restrictions:

• We may impose restrictions (e.g. deposit restrictions) for legal/regulatory compliance.
• We are not responsible if restrictions affect your ability to participate or claim any bonuses, benefits or prizes.

Changes & Cancellation:

• We reserve the right to change, end, or restrict your access to promotions if legally/regulatorily required.
• We reserve the right to cancel or suspend this promotion in specific countries or regions.
• By participating, you agree to these terms and the General Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy these Specific Terms and Conditions, and the General Terms and Conditions may result in any rewards being removed from your account without notice.

Language:

• In case of conflict between the English version and a version of these specific Terms and Conditions in any other language versions, the English version shall prevail.

WPT Global Passport Dollars:

• WPT Passport Dollars are fully flexible and can be used for a single major buy-in or split across multiple tournaments, depending on your personal schedule and preferences.
• Tournaments available to be played using Passport Dollars will be detailed here. This list will be regularly updated.
• Players intending to use Passport Dollars must email WPT Global Customer Services with their request here: passports@WPTglobal.com
• For WPT live events, players must make their request before the advertised cut off date of their intended target event.
• Online WPT events (WPT® Championship, WPT® Prime, WPT500 and any online day 1 for a live WPT event), played online at WPTGlobal.com, can be played using Passport Dollars. To buy-in to an online event players should email WPT Global Customer Services (passports@WPTglobal.com) at least 48 hours ahead of the event starting.
• Currency exchange rates will be taken at spot rate on the day of the request to use Passport Dollars.
• Players are responsible for any visa requirements necessary to play their target tournaments.
• Players with a Passport Dollars balance must use Passport Dollars at least once every 365 days to maintain that balance. This can include using Passport Dollars to buy into a future event outside of the 365 day window. Players who do not use Passport Dollars for a period of 365 days will forfeit their full Passport Dollars balance.

Using Passport Dollars for Expenses:

• At each tournament stop, players with enough Passport Dollars can request $500-$2,000 expenses as long as they also use Passport Dollars to buy into an event with a buy-in of at least $1,100.
• Only one expense request can be made per WPT® Festival played, no matter how many tournaments within that Festival a player intends to participate in.
• Expenses are not permitted for tournaments with a buy-in of less than $1,100.
• No expenses can be claimed when using Passport Dollars to play online tournaments.
• Expenses are paid into players’ WPT® Global account. Players are responsible for booking their own hotel and travel.

No Shows:

• Players who buy-in to tournaments using Passport Dollars and do not attend the event forfeit their first buy-in (depending on currency and event).
• If a player fails to show for their other chosen events in that Festival including reentries, those buy-ins are returned to the player’s Passport Dollar balance.
  • For example, if a player requests to use Passport Dollars to buy 2 entries into WPT Prime San Remo, and one entry into the WPT San Remo mystery bounty and does not show up without giving WPT Global 48 hours notice, they will lose the value of their first WPT Prime San Remo entry (€1,100) from their package but the value of other entries will be returned to their Passport dollars balance.

Part Payments:

• Players can make part-payment using Passport Dollars, providing they use all of the remaining Passport Dollars in their account. Players must make up the balance with funds in their WPT Global account.
• Part-payment is not permitted unless the whole Passport Dollar balance has been used.

Transferring Passport Dollars:

• Passport Dollars can be transferred to friends and family to allow them to play WPT events.
• Any transferred Passport Dollars are ‘locked’ to use as buy-ins and the new owner is unable to use their dollars as expenses.
• The minimum transfer amount is $1,100.
• Transfer of Passport Dollars from a registered user cannot be transferred to another player residing in a Jurisdiction that is restricted under Tobique Restricted Jurisdictions
• Any player receiving Passport Dollars from another registered user must undergo KYC verification before they can utilise those Passport Dollars.
• To transfer Passport Dollars, players must email passports@WPTglobal.com from the email address registered on their account and customer services will ask you for the necessary information to transfer the balance.
• Passport Dollars can be transferred to cover entries and reentries. If the recipient of Passport Dollars does not need a reentry, or does not play an event because they are still in a previous event, those Passport Dollars will remain in the recipients name.
• If the recipient is left with a number of dollars that can not be used for any future events e.g. $756, they can request to return the dollars to the original owner. These cannot be passed to anyone else other than the original owner.
• WPT Global reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters related to the promotion, including the amendment or termination of the promotion, at its sole discretion.
