The ‘Table Starter Rakeback’ promotion is available to new and existing customers.

Eligibility:

• Participants must be 18 years or older.
• Not available if you are accessing WPT® Global from a restricted country.
• Limited to one person per household or device.
• Provide accurate personal details during registration.
• This promotion is available in all countries in which WPT® Global operates.

Account Restrictions:

• We may impose restrictions (e.g. deposit restrictions) for legal/regulatory compliance.
• We are not responsible if restrictions affect your ability to participate or claim any bonuses, benefits or prizes.

Changes & Cancellation:

• We reserve the right to change, end, or restrict your access to promotions if legally/regulatorily required.
• We reserve the right to cancel or suspend this promotion in specific countries or regions.

• Failure to satisfy these Specific Terms and Conditions, and the General Terms and Conditions may result in any rewards being removed from your account without notice.

Language:

• In case of conflict between the English version and a version of these specific Terms and Conditions in any other language versions, the English version shall prevail.

Table Starter Rakeback:

• This promotion is available until WPT global decides to end it.
• During this promotion, the first player to buy-in to a cash game table and play a hand is deemed the table starter and is paid rakeback for the duration of their session at that table only.
• The table starter promotion runs on all NLHE and SD cash games. Note: PLO4, PLO5 and Flash games are excluded.
• Rakeback is only paid to the first player at each table. If players sit out and players who were not the first to sit are then left playing heads-up, they are not the table starter and do not qualify for the rakeback offered in this promotion.
• If one player remains at a table when all others leave, they will become a table starter when a second player sits in and play recommences.
• If all players leave a table, that session is over and the table starters’ rakeback at that table ends. A new session can start straight away with a new table starter, as soon as two players sit down and start playing.
• Rakeback is paid based on rake attribution calculation (other poker revenue contributions like feature spend & insurance are not considered).
• In the rare scenario that 2 players sit down together to start a session, the table starter will be selected at random.
• If a table starter disconnects then reconnects and sits back in, or chooses to sit out for a period and sits back in, they lose their table starter status.
• If a table stater loses all their chips and reloads to continue playing, they maintain their table starter status.
• Rakeback from this promotion is paid weekly, every Monday at 2pm CET.
• Heads-up only tables are excluded from this promotion. Hands played exclusively on heads-up tables will not count toward eligibility, qualification, or rewards.
