Canada Thanksgiving Promotion

The following promotion is available to eligible customers: ‘Canada Thanksgiving Promotion’.

Eligibility:

• This promotion is available to new and existing eligible players in Canada.
• Participants must be 18 years of age or older, or the legal age of majority in their province or territory, whichever is higher.
• Participants must have an active WPT® Global account.
• Not available if you are accessing WPT® Global from a restricted country or region.
• Limited to one person per household or device.
• Players must provide accurate personal details during registration.
• Players must comply with these Specific Terms and Conditions and the applicable General Terms and Conditions.

Account Restrictions:

• We may impose restrictions, including but not limited to deposit restrictions, gameplay restrictions, withdrawal restrictions or promotional restrictions, for legal, regulatory, security, responsible gaming or compliance reasons.
• We are not responsible if restrictions affect your ability to participate in this promotion, make a qualifying deposit, redeem rewards or enter the freeroll.
• Players with restricted, suspended, closed or excluded accounts may not be eligible to participate or receive rewards.

Changes & Cancellation:

• We reserve the right to change, suspend, cancel or restrict access to this promotion at any time.
• We reserve the right to cancel or suspend this promotion in specific provinces, territories, countries or regions.
• We reserve the right to amend reward values, reward types, redemption mechanics, freeroll details or promotion mechanics where required for operational, regulatory or compliance reasons.
• By participating, players agree to these Specific Terms and Conditions and the applicable General Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy these Specific Terms and Conditions and the applicable General Terms and Conditions may result in rewards, tickets, bonuses or prizes being removed without notice.

Language:

• In case of conflict between the English version and any version of these Specific Terms and Conditions in another language, the English version shall prevail.

Qualifying Period:

• The Qualifying Period runs from October 6 through October 16, ET.
• Players must make a qualifying deposit during the Qualifying Period to become eligible for deposit tier rewards.
• The qualifying deposit must be made in a single transaction.
• The player’s reward tier will be determined by their highest deposit during the Qualifying Period.
• Eligible deposit methods include deposits made directly through the WPT® Global app, P2P transfers, merchant deposits and other approved deposit methods.

Reward Redemption Period:

• The Reward Redemption Period runs from October 17 through October 27, ET.
• Eligible players must log in daily during the Reward Redemption Period to redeem their rewards.
• Rewards must be redeemed during the Reward Redemption Period.
• Unredeemed ticket rewards may be forfeited after the Reward Redemption Period ends. Casino Coins may remain available subject to their applicable expiry rules.
• Participants have 7 days from the time a ticket reward is added to use it.
• Rewards expire after that 7 days period and are deleted from accounts.
• No alternatives will be offered for any daily reward.

Deposit Tiers And Rewards:

• Tier 1: Players who make a qualifying deposit of $50 - $149 may receive rewards up to $50.
• Tier 2: Players who make a qualifying deposit of $150 - $249 may receive rewards up to $150.
• Tier 3: Players who make a qualifying deposit of $250 or more may receive rewards up to $250.
• Rewards may include Casino Coins and Global Spins.
• If casino rewards are not available due to account, market, product or regulatory restrictions, eligible rewards may be replaced with poker tickets or other non-casino rewards of equivalent promotional value.
