Stephen Kehoe and LoriAnn Persinger - both WPT Global qualifiers - have locked up more than $100,000 in the $15 Million Guarantee WPT World Championship at Wynn Las Vegas.

Five players are eliminated in the first 30 minutes of Day 5 play, another ladder-up and the minimum payout now is $119,300.

Kehoe won his way to Las Vegas via a $550 qualifier on WPT Global, while Persinger won her entry from a Twitter promotion offered by WPT Global Ambassador Andrew Neeme. Early in the day, Kehoe doubled up through start-of-day chip leader Benny Glaser to keep his tournament chances alive.

WPT Ambassador Brad Owen was one of the first Day 5 eliminations, going out in 35th place for a $99,600 payday.

We’re onsite in the Encore Ballroom at Wynn Las Vegas to follow along as Persinger and Kehoe progress today. The plan is to play today until the livestreamed final table of six is established - expectations are 12 hours of poker at least - and a Monday day off. The final table is set to livestream Tuesday starting at 4pm PST.
